PM troubles

I have a user of my forums that can not send PM's anymore; 2 days ago they could, now when they click on "send" nothing happens. I have checked their settings and everything looks correct for their account. (they are enabled for PM by me - the admin and by themselves)

They are able to respond to PM's that come into them, but they are not able to create a new outgoing PM.

Any ideas?

hmmm thats strange ... did you check the pm permesion if there is found?

Does this user have the max posts in their Inbox? If so, that might be why he/she can't send a PM. You can try asking the user to delete some messages in their Inbox to clear some things up, or you can change the maximum amount of how many PMs are allowed in Inboxes by going to:

1) Administration Panel
2) General Tab
3) Messages and Emails (on the left)

my inbox stays at 100% in never clear it.(the older ones just get deleted)
I don't have any trouble sending PMs.
So i doubt that would be the problem.
