Gallery Empty Gallery

How can I stop users from altering the pictures in MY gallery.

There doesn't appear to be a permissions control. Anyone can alter anyone elses gallery. Even when they are locked. They don't get altered permanently in my gallery, but that isn't the point is it?

If I lock my pictures nobody should be able to alter them.
