I changed the language as telugu.But how can i edit ...

I changed the lang. as telugu by choosing configuration-->language-->telugu. And later I also pointed my board lang. as telugu in profiles. But I how to make changes in present pages .I don’t know how to change the all English words into telugu .Now all are in English .What are the further settings to follow?

2) Can i use the transliterator widget as a frame within my forum?
3)How can i make posts to be made in telugu
4)Is there any tools availble to use it in posts.
