Chatbox Script Error

Hello, I'm having problems with the Chatbox that Forumotion provides. Everytime someone opens the forum index while using Internet Explorer it gives off a script error saying that it was an Invalid Arguement or something like that. For some people, this script error comes up like every two seconds. Because the people of my forum are so attached to that specific chatbox they complained when I added Chatango on there and Xat, therefore I believe I will absolutely have to get this problem fixed.

The chatbox is currently having some problems, and the techies are attempting to fix them.

Although I also have another problem. Now, with the google search engine it isn't updating the site's information. I changed it, and when I search the site's name up on google it comes up with the old message that I had, and the old name for the site. Any possible way that could be fixed?
