how can i upload a new skin for my forum from my hard disk? please suggest

You can use the Import feature only if the themes file type is .bbtheme, otherwise you'll have to host every picture and add in the colours (manual)

ok i want to import bbtheme from my hard disk but how?

Go to:

Admin Panel > Styles Admin > Management > Export / Import > Browse for the theme (.bbtheme) and click import.
