TIME FORMAT Empty TIME FORMAT

All of my time seems to be correct (settings wise) but my time is still displayed in military format. How can I fix this? Confused

You can change the format of the time and date for the whole forum by going to admin panel=>General=>Forum=>Configuration. Look for the "Date format" and "System Timezone" options.
You can also change these settings only for your profile by going to Profile=>Preferences(in your nav bar) and look for the "Date format" option.
