Redemption

I want some way to redeem my members for doing something good.

Like if someone posts a guide, then he would get a specific number of points or a promotion to the next rank.

And i want it to be automatic, i simply click a button and give the person some points. I dun want to go to the admin panel and go through all these steps to give a guy just 3 points.

Is there a way? I tried using the RPG feature but that is quite hard to use and i dun know how to use it.
