cant change page width Empty cant change page width

hi all, i run this site: http://risingdamp.megabb.com/forum.htm

i have changed the page width to 95% but it still looks narrow - like 75% or something. ive cleared all cache and history to refresh it but it doesnt seem to work.

can someone say if it looks like 95% wide to them?

if not, then add it in custom css
