Forum Icons/Buttons

How do you add Topic icons like for example the Solve icon . Is this not avaliable for us members. Or am i not looking for it right.?

Go to Display>Pics Management>Advanced Mode>Topic Icons

Select create and fill in the fields
Icon Title: Solved
Url: the icon you will used (the ones on this forum are copyright)
Auth Level: select who will be able to set it
Default Assignment: Normal
