Pics/Vids in Posts

I don't know why I'm struggling with this but for whatever reason i can't get pictures or videos in messages on my board.

I'm thinking i have it turned off or something? I see the buttons and can generally get them to work on other boards...what's my deal?

Try enabling HTML in both admin panel and your profile :

Admin Panel

Admin Panel >

General tab >

Forum -- Messages and Emails >

Scroll down a wee bit, and select Yes beside Allow HTML :. Make sure you save the new settings.

Profile

'My Profile' >

Preferences >

Scroll down a bit and select Yes beside Always Allow HTML. Save the new settings.

Are you using the correct tags? If you have just one character wrong in the tags, it won't work.

For images:

For YouTube videos: [youtube]URL OF YOUTUBE VIDEO HERE[/youtube]
For Dailymotion videos: [dailymotion]URL OF DAILYMOTION VIDEO HERE[/dailymotion]
For Google videos: [googlevideo]URL OF GOOGLE VIDEO HERE[/googlevideo]
