Buy a domain via phone

Hello ,I don't know it this the right place to post this but..I want to buy my domain via phone ,but when I select my country I get this -
.I am from Bulgaria.I saw that the option works for other countries ,but not for Bulgaria.Can someone say how long will this take?

If Allopass doesn't handle Bulgaria, unfortunately it's not our call to change how things work on their side...
The best would be trying out Paypal to purchase your credits.

But in the list of countries there is Bulgaria. Why?
