Where is Admin Panel in "White Xmas" skin?

My son wants to create a second discussion forum. We previously created a phpBB3 forum, so I thought we could learn something new by creating an Invision forum this time.

We used the "White Xmas" skin that Forumotion offers for Invision.

After we logged in as "Admin", I have no idea how to get to the Administration Panel. (Dumb, huh?) Where is it?

I found it. The link "Administration Panel" is at the very bottom of the screen, but it's not visible until you place the cursor over it. (Ugly)

Make sure you are login and type your forums URL/admin

You now will be able to login.
