How to set trash can as a forum as in here? (solved)

hi guyz...

I would like to know how to set Trash Can as a forum......as in PhpBB3 there is a option to move a topic to Trash CAn........well i see in this forum that Garbage Forum is Trash Can......

Dont worry Bro, my problem is solved now........i made a forum named trash zone n set it as Basket of the forum n its OK now:)
