Need Help with Ranks and Rewards

I was wondering if someone could make me the following Ranks and Rewards either as medals or trophies. I also need some sort of warning bar and a user bar, also could someone tell me how to put them on my forum (www.theimperialsuspects.com):

Gold Medal
Silver Medal
Bronze Medal

Person of the Week Medal
Person of the Month Medal

Most Helpful Medal
Most Posts Medal
Best RPGer Medal
Most Kind Medal
Best Gamer Medal

any size but not too big

so can anyone help with this? I dont mind what size they are

rewards are hard to get lol i did not ask for that many and no one made for me XD

yeah something like that would be good but a bit smaller and maybe possbily say so they looked like real medals

Do you want a medal picture (except of a tropy one) and next to it to write (eg) Silver metal? Or do you want something else?
Please, describe what you want or give me an example image...

What colour you want to be the bar and for how many warnings?
There are some warning bars in the forum, have you seen them?

the loyalty one i want to go by a different colour and 100% loyal i want to be Blue
The warning bar I want to start Red and end up white with banned written in there
and i want it to be 6 bars for each one.
Yeah i have seen the ones on here but i dont know how to get them and how to put them on my site

thanks i have now added the bars but i need to get the codes to make them colour ones

sorted out the warning and loyalty bars. so just need help with the rewards and ranks now

By the way, if you have a bigger picture with the images you want in the ranks, it would help. If you don't, there is no problem.
But I didn't undestand what you mean when you say "rewards". These are simple images or have also text? Can you give me an example of a reward image from another forum?
