tagging a photo Empty tagging a photo

Hello

I had this question put to me on the forum can anyone help me in the way is this possible and how do I go about it please.

just had a thought , is there any way of tagging a foto ,( the same as you can in facebook) this would i think speed up trying to trace people on the site . only a thought.
