Chatbox navbar and widget

Ok so i set the chatbox widget on my forum so that only staff can see it and i also added a link in the navbar again so only staff can see it.

I just made someone a moderator and they cant see it at all

EDIT: Have astrodene clear is cache. Everything is set right in admin panel.

OK I made it so everyone could see it i have put it back to normal now, they have tried it again and its still not visible for them. please help

This may be a portal widget problem. I have tried the settings on several portal widgets on different forums and if the permissions are set to moderator they can not be seen even though moderator permission is held.

Ok we have a problem could a member of staff find out if there are some tech issues with the chatbox widget?

What is the problem with the widget exactly? Astro still cant see button?

He cant see the widget in the portal or the button in the navbar

OK as far as the chatbox widget, it has to be no less then 550 width I believe at this time the chat is cut off for me on the portal.

As far as the button I dont know the problem. It is very strange.
