Color of members

I would like to give regular members a color for their names. I have the Adm. and Mods in color but have not been able to give color to the regular members.
Also, how can I make the name of the member to be clickable. I've seen in other forums that when you click on the member name, it takes you to some information of the member: the number of posts etc. Thank you.

If you put the group on Hidden the color will not be on.

Also, members' names are clickable. Only in the Who is Online list, not in posts. But they are also clickable on the forums' index where it says last post by: (USERNAME).
