Colour Problem Empty Colour Problem

I'm trying to change colours by going in acp and then display and colours. But It isn't allowing me to do changes :S I think I have to use the css. Is there a way to be able to change the colours throught the first option? Thx for any help.

actually i dont remember.. because my Link Color is now #bababa.
but it should be changed.
hmm..i think the old one is dark than #bababa.
and my current link color is the old one. because the #bababa color is like my banner font color.
