Wait. I need to turn on HTML. How do you do that?

Go to the options.

Go your administration panel
then click on general
then click on Messages and emails
the put yes on Allow HTML

After that, go to your own profile,
click on preferences
scroll down and put "yes" to "Always allow HTML"
