Sections in the Threads
Hi all, not sure if this was suggested already.
This function lets you add a "link" to a thread that will take you to a certain part of a thread.
Similar to the "Table of Contents" wikipedia has. Let's say your thread has different sections,
you can create such with all the names of your section, and clicking on them will take you to
that section of the thread.
Basically you add a [goto="name"][/goto] tag in the table of content and it will take you to
that section that uses the [anchor="name"][/anchor]. This allows a better navigation for
long threads.

Re: Sections in the Threads
Hello.
This already exists.
For example, let`s say you are in this topic:
https://help.forumotion.com/t368-forumotion-team
Then you wanna have a link wich redirects you to the second answer in that topic.
So you go to the second answer, and click on the title.
Automatically, the link will change: an "#" will be added and later an ID (wich is the answer identificator)
So, in the post shown before, the link wich would redirect you to the second answer would be:
https://help.forumotion.com/t368-forumotion-team#4069
Also you have other identiffiers to go to the top or to the bottom of the page aswell, instead going to a certain post in a topic

Re: Sections in the Threads
I know that, but that isn't what I was looking for.
I'm talking about tags inside a thread.

Re: Sections in the Threads
It is possible with HTML if you mean all the content in a single post.

Re: Sections in the Threads
Well, then you can put the word into the search box and it will show you all the posts that contains the written word.
It is a better way to find topics related with your search than using the tag system that you are suggesting

Re: Sections in the Threads
Yes, but I have HTML disabled. I don't find it too safe / clean to have it enabled.
So it's not possible to add the bbcode tag? I know that it can be added with a script but there is no access to such things in AP.
@invisible_fa: I don't think you are even understanding what I'm asking in the thread. Google "bbcode anchor".

Please read that.
Edit: BBcode anchors are not available. Maybe, someday when custom bbcode is allowed.
