Use images in navigation bar instead of text

what is the CSS code to hide the text in the navigation so you only see images

i know Javascrpit and HTML
but not CSS

so help yould be greatly appreciated

How to make the navigation bar without the text, just buttons.

For eg:


Follow these steps to have navigation bar without the text, just buttons.

1) In the admin panel, Click on the display Tab.
2) Under the homepage menubar, Click on Headers & Navigation.
3) Under the page headers frame,
Display only images in the link bar : Choose Yes.
