Agree to Terms is missing

The "click here to agree" button is not appearing in my registration. How do I get this back? People cannot register because there is no way to agree to terms. Please help

I have just re-visited ur site.

now i notice that the "I agree" is missing.

No and I don't see any code. The site was built using the default options and image editors. I haven't actually written any code. It is using PHPBB2 though.
