Profile/name pop up menu..(I can't really describe it..)

Well, I was browsing a PhpBB forum, and I saw that when you click on the user's name, a pop up menu of some sort, comes up..
Yes I know how to use the search function, but I didn't find this sort of criteria, unless I typed in the wrong keywords..
So, I apologize if this has already been answered, or discussed..

we did that option, all you need is just change to INVISION version
