Where The *uck is Typlo?!?!?!?! I sent him 4 PM's about my URL being moved! No Reply yet... I need MY url i BOUGHT from forumotion to not bring people to http://unlimited-media.n-stars.org/ I NEED IT TO GO TO http://s1.zetaboards.com/UnlimitedMedia/index/ !!! Hopefully you FINALLY reply...

He doesnt reply to much PM. He only comes on the week days. And please dont swear.

Typlo is a busy man, he is associated with the techies, thus he does not come here often.

He's sorta not on the Support Forum now. Caihlem is taking exams, and the only ones close to admin are Nessa, Luky, or Eximma. Try PMing one of them.

Why are you guys helping him? The forum that he wants to move to is zeta boards, not forumotion. I doubt typlo would want to do that, its really not his problem.

There is no need swearing, I've been dealing with major issues the past few days so it hasn't been easy to satisfy everyone here, I'm sorry.

The only thing that can be done is giving you an authorization code so that you can use your domain name on another registrar, such as Godaddy.

ps2sdvr, you would of got an activation code and a regerstration code in ur email inbox when u spend ur credits on ur Domain Name.

This is the ONLY email I got saying anything about the domain.

That's unusual.
You could PM Typlo about this because you should of got a registration / authorization code.

He doesn't work on the weekends, he is employed by ForuMotion.
He helps people when he can.

Give the man a few days to reply because he gets a lot pf PM's and cant reply to all of them in a stort and appreciated period of time.

Id advice that you put a reference to your question in ur PM to him because he may look at that and say, "its top priority"

you should have received an activation code a while back on the e-mail address you provided during purchase, this activation code will allow you to transfer your domain name where you want.

I'll send a new one.

A) You do not contact GoDaddy with your consern, as they are an associate of forumotion.
B) You do NOT have a GoDaddy account name, nor a password with them, that is ForuMotion that has it, not you.

What you need to do is PM Typlo your activation code.
That is all that you need to do.

You actually need to use that activation code with another registrar of your choice, or create a Godaddy account so you can manage your domain name.

From this point, we don't have anything else to do with this domain name.

As darren said, you have nothing wqith Godaddy, you buy a domain from forumotion, who get it from Godaddy. Any issues with the domain must be reported to forumotion as they are the ones that have control over the domain. If you wish to transfer it it should be possible, but as again, any issues contact forumotion.

As typlo said, you cant transfer a domain without this code (varies from tld/sld - ie .co.uk you dont need a code) -if you dont have it, forumotion should provide it to you

Btw registrar is the person that registers the domain ( for example GoDaddy).

I will provide you a new one on monday if you wish, as the responsible is on hiatus.

But If you don't know at all how to manage your domain name, I don't think this transfer would be a good idea.
