Is there any error when you click on POST REPLY button or what? Can you give us more info?

There is a button, but the staff is complaining about it.They want a text box.

This skin you use is maded by me and I test it on few my forums and there is no error with this post reply button. Text box opens normally.

Did someone change some parts of CSS?

Admin > general > forum - messages and emails > scroll down to the bottom of the 'messages' box > allow quick reply > tick yes and save
