template editing for invision?

is it allowed, or just for phpbb2 still?

You can edit every template, but if you want edit Invision skin, you must use CSS...

as in templates, i paid for the templates, where i can edit certian things, like links at the bottom, etc. im using phpbb2 where its allowed. and was considering moving to invision, but not if something i paid for isn't going to work. templates, not skin. i know how to edit the skin in css.
