how to change navigation bars? Empty how to change navigation bars?

i mean..how to change it's default design?..

is it possible to do?..

i mean..change the default HOME PORTAL SEARCH etc.

with some different font or design or whatever..

get me?

if so..how?

and also..how to do put a image design banner below the Who Is Online?

change in your admin control panel -> display -> picture and colors -> picture ->expansion code -> here you can ad link or upload your pics replace default pic of your forum !
