Options **new topic** and **reply** in PM are gone

User on my forum has no more option to start a new topic or to reply to private message...How can I help her???

p.s. Only one user has this problem,the others say everything is ok...

1. Which browser is she using ?
2. Clearing cache might help

For Firefox : Tools → Clear Private Data → Cache

Or for clearing the cache on all browsers and all of your temp files too I suggest a program called ccleaner

**after I deleted cache ,I got massage Tools - Error Console - Ctrl+Shift+J and lots of warnings about forum baby.forumation,one of the warnings is

Ask her to reset her system back to a time when everything was working
OK and be careful what programs she reinstalls as new software may
have caused the problem
