hello it's urgent, i WENT IN AP>users & groups>users options, I have set it to "allow new members" I have ticked "yes" however when I log-off and register for example, it says "Administrators have forbidden any new members. PLEASE HELP!!!

Hi

admin > general > forum - configuration > 'forum in construction' and 'forum on holiday' - make sure both of these are checked no and save

Opposite problem. We have set new member approval to "admin". The admins are getting the e-mails but new members are being instantly approved by the system. How to fix?

Oneputtpinot, sd.craft, you guys are saying that ur members are being automatically approved?

to fix this
Admin panel >> users & groups (tab) >> user options >> User activation: chose> auto (current one, where it happens automatically) user (they receive an email and activate from there) admin (u actiavte the users)
