i have a tld domain name but i can't configure it..help!!! Empty i have a tld domain name but i can't configure it..help!!!

i have a domain name www.debate.com.np . I am supposed to give the name and ip of the DNS server.... can i use this domain for forumotion??? If yes, how do i do that?
