Leaderboard :) Need Help to Build one

Hey Everyone
I am looking to make a Leaderboard for my website
I need help though like I want to make it all fancy and flashy lol

What the leadboard is for is:

My Forum Has a Points bar underneath every members name
and the limit to the points is 999

What I want to make is Have every members name inside the leadboard and everytime I change the value in the points bar I want it to change in the leaderboard also .

Can Someone out there help me out with this and I sorta want like a Xbox 360 skin to it

2.klik module
3.Html
4.then create new HTML page
in this page create your leaderboard,admin,moderator ,etc. and save
