Banned User

I want to ban a user for having her picture on her advator which is not allow but when I click on "ban this user",

Your session has expired

That pops up. What does it mean and how can I ban a user?

you got a big problem there,bro!
ok first make sure you are the only admin with full rights.
now make another account admin with full rights.
now try to delete the account you wanted to ban with your new account.
