Request for header and Affilate Button!

Hi there!

May i please ask for help? I would need a new header for my soccer-betting forum and an affilate button....

Header:
800 * 180 pixels
something with red backround and the words "Baretta`s Shot" in the center animated fonts and below in smaller letters "Closed Soccer Forum"
in the left corner a small gif like a soccerpunter and in the right corner a bookmaker, beetween them a animated money which goes from the bookmaker in the hands of the punter to the left (animated if possible)

(the ellypse one, if you like to make the header ellypse would be very nice too..)
120*60 pixels and another 88*31 pixels
i found this style i like but with the same pic as the header please, if not possible just "Baretta`s Shot" change to "Closed Soccer Forum" animated
