Glassy effect for banner

I'm not sure if any one can but i would like it if some one could add a bit of a glassy effect to the banner below. The banner size is 985 x 100.




Similar to this....but it doesn't have to be as glossy.



Anything would be appreciated.

Oh, jinz your work is excellent! What program do you use?

I also tried... Look at these (I didn't know what opacity to choose and if you want to be a little darker in the top).

Thanks guy's they are all terrific ... well done. My only problem is choosing which one to use.
