Question about my Top Image

The top of my page has a picture I uploaded. It does not appear on most web browsers. I have tried it on two different computers both using safari and on my computer it works. On the other it does not show up just a pic icon. Does not show up on Mozilla either...soo frustrated.

Is there a way to make this image stable so it works constantly?
