How to keep topic alway on top

Now my forum sort post messege by date (recent first) so topic will be lon the last but I would like to keep topic alway on top and sort post reply message by date in the same (recent first). Is it possible?

Yes, this is possible. First navigate to find your selected forum you want to be modified :

Admin Panel >

General tab >

Categories and Forums >

Click the gold-colored Moderation button beside the selected forum. >

Where it says Sort topics by :, select your choice.
Save the settings afterwards.
