New TOPICS with HTML Code?

I was wondering if it is possible to have specific HTML characteristics in only a few posts, for example, would it be possible to change a single post background color or make it a picture? The text is pretty much covered with the forum basic options but that part isn't and I was wondering if its really impossible.

If it's not, then can someone please tell me how to change the background of a post area to be able to put a picture or a color there? Thank you.

Its not possible to do it for a single post.
however, let someone with better knowledge of css answer your query of how to change the background of post area if at all possible. Also, if you have phpbb2, only then it would be possible to do so, other versions don't support template editing.
