With Domain Registration, if your forum is active, you get a second year free? I've been on forumotion and wanted a second year when I saw it on the spend credits page. However, I'm interested if that's still enforced.

Yes You get the 2nd year free if the forum is active if it is not then you have to pay for the 2nd year.
