Import skin HELP!

I have a picture I want, but whenever I try to import it, it says "IMPORT ENDED"
Are there some requirements that I don't know of? Like the image has to be a certain size or something? Please help banana

Where exactly are you trying to import the image?

You don't import images...
You can only use the import feature to download or install themes... manual themes.

To edit an image you have to go to your picture management
admin panel-> display -> picture management -> advanced...
find the image you want replaced and change the url

I go to Display, Skins management, and there it says Import It
