Hello Hi Michael, Online Guardian removes sites that are in violation of Forumotions Terms of Service. And once removed they can not be retrieved.

I'm pretty sure you have the right to dispute such actions taken, don't misunderstand. But in all cases where an illegal forum is found, breaking the TOS, containing Illegal, Copyrighted or Inappropriate content, those forums will never be retrieved.

Administrators with such forums receive a warning in their Admin Panel before hand informing them of the breach of contract and are given a time frame in which to conform before the forum is removed.

So as stated, forums found to be of such nature can not be retrieved. Wink

Nessa, i have 1 simple question : WHO gives Online Guardian the right to delete forums in ownership of Forumotion ?

I dislike Online Guardian because so far everything is pointing out to the fact that they are extremely fast at deleting forums with piracy/warez material and not really caring about anything else.

Well I'm gonna have to say Forumotion gives Online Guardian the rights to takes such necessary actions against forums who don't respect the terms of service they agreed to when creating their forums, Correct? Smile

No need to be mad at them for that. If members who created such forums are in violation of Forumotions Rules, and given a gracious warning period to remove inappropriate content before deletion, but do Not, Then maybe they should take responsibilty for their own actions or lack there of in such cases. And not blame others for it. Wink

Since these questions has been answered and this issue addressed, I see no need to keep this topic open any further. Therefore I will lock this topic now.
