Help embedding - removing the header Empty Help embedding - removing the header

I want to replace the news page of my website with the announcements part of my forum

I want to do this with an iframe, but I don't want the header/footer etc of my forum to be in the iframe. Is there any way to isolate the part showing the topics etc from the header and footer (similarly when viewing individual posts)??
