What is the codes for the Smiles, (like...yes smiley, dance smiley, talk to a hand smiley, etc)? I don't know what codes to put in the codes box. Can anybody help me? Thanks.

You decide the code. word bracketed by the colon:

you might want it to be

:wave:
so put what you like.

to add smilies, you have to have them on you computer first.
To add smilies to your forum...

Admin panel >> Display (tab) >> smilies and avatar's (side menu) > smilies > add smilie (button) > fill in required information, then hit save.
