bars help

you know the little bars on users profiles that say warnings or strikes can someone tell me how to get those ?

alright I have the bars up so how do I add strikes or take away strikes ? please someone help

Bars will show in members profiles, you can change them there.

EDIT: In each members profile you should see this



You can click on the next bar as members receive a warning. Member will not see this option, they will only see their actual bar. The same as what you see in your profile on this forum.
