polls text and BG are the same? invision

i read the other thread on this ...
i was suppose to find
.polls {
background-image: url("https://2img.net/h/oi39.tinypic.com/e63b06.jpg");
}
.polls dl {
color: #000000;
}

and change ...

but i do not have that in the CSS

the closet thing i can find is ...

/* Poll */
.polls {
background-color: #e7ebf0;
}
.polls dl {
color: #2c2c2c;
}

and i changed those colors but it still does not change anything on our polls

any other ideas or things i should change?
