Solved Automated Ranks and Pictures

Can you automate ranks and pictures? For example, make the top 10 posters have a certain rank and if someone gets more post than someone in the top 10, they automatically become in the top 10 and the other person goes down.

no but you can make Like on 10 posts you get Member on 20 Advanced member etc.
if yes go to admin panel>user groups>Rank Administration
