i have a problem n i want to ask u sumthing that how can i add a specific picture to every new register member automatic i mean that if any one registers he would have that specific picture in his avatar until he change

In your admin panel:
Go to Display> Avatars>avatar gallery>
click the avatar management tab.
upload an image for default avatar.
