Coloured background behind a staff members post

I havn't been on those forums for over a year but I knew that they had that feature, which I'd like to impliment onto my forums.
It's a feature that when a staff member posts, a coloured background comes up with it.
So if a moderator posted, it would automatically have a green background with it.

Is this possible?

tell your moderators the change the background colors while posting

it will be manual work instead of a automatic one...
