Portal Problem

My Portal Dont Show Up with my forum without the word /index after my address if you log in and out it does but my normal forum address with out any extra / after address any suggestions please dane thanks

Im not understanding. At the top of your page right next to the home button, there should be a "PORTAL" button. I hope this helps you but, Im really not understanding the question

yes its activated and its all working but because people know my web address as it was www.****.forumotion.com if u go on the link it only shows up the portal round the page and dosent show all my threads in the middle of the page like it should but if u add the word /index to the end of the web address it works fine but just wanted to know is there anyway it will work and show up my portal and my threads on the home page without any extra wordz
