Vista Plain on Portal Page Font Color Problem

The Font Color on the Category Table.

Where on the CSS is this located? I tried all manner and gave up because I do not have the master template document explaining what is what in relation to the Portal Page. Previously I was using AeroVistaGreen and I was able to manipulate the Font colors and type and size. Now I cannot do either.

The Grey font blends into the Table so you cannot read it clearly,
I would like to change the font color to White so it can be clearly Read.

I would very much appreciate your assistance if possible.

Also, one tiny request if it is not a bother, I tested the IPB board and it was really slick smooth and faster. My only regret was that I did not know how to use the Vista Plain skin in it. So I figured that PHPBB3 and IPB do not Mesh.

But, if I work at it I should be able to get at least some of the looks along with the Icons to make it look more Vistaish.

Are you working on a Vista Skin for IPB?
