guys i need quik help

www.litegfx.omgforum.net is my site..

hey i created forum its up to go but there r few problems.

1: text is too smalll..

2: wen u go in forum u will see i made News and announcements wen i click on it it will show me my sub-forums too is there any way to hide it and only view on outside.

3: How to install Arcade system. or any cool stuff like how vBulletin has "Yet another Award System." coz my forum will be challenging so i want ppl to come so i need cool mod.

4: At portal News And announcements r not showing from ACP it says its showing but its not.

5: Anyway to get diff chatbox coz wen members will come thy wont no how to use it so anyway around.

6: also Chatbox as private like wen member reaches 10 posts then thy can view chatbox.

7: forum private like when thy reach 10 posts, then they can view.

8: also, Affiliates at bottom of all pages and scrolling to right or wtv.

1.Witch type you have pp2,3?
3.Make your own thats what i did get codes paste in text area and adjust to your settings on width and height and ur done.
5.Go get a widget chat box

7.Same as 6

2) You cant hide the other two forums after clicking on News & Announcement forum

3) Forumotion, does not have its own arcade. You could get codes from site such as miniclip.com to make a similar arcade.
About award system, you can add a personalized profile field.

i m following it atm, but i hav problem i m trying to edit my navigation bar and in messages wen message arrives i want this to happen: https://2img.net/h/oi40.tinypic.com/14p79e.gif and wen no messages i want this to happen: https://2img.net/h/oi41.tinypic.com/2chqsn5.gif

i m doing it right in 1st entry i m putting non glowing one and in 2nd i m putting glowing one but error came up telling "You must to provide Menu Name." i dont get it i tried to rename my menu coz it says that but i cant do it its locked.

Edit: i did marquee but problem is that wen i link it wont open, example i put google and www.google.com as link then wen i click it it says 404 not found and then back to portal.

By any chance you have the forum settings set as the topics which are old to appear last? Change those, i am not sure if this will solve your problem. But try this.
Admin Panel>General>Categories and forums
Sort topics by : Topic's Post Date, most recent in first
Click on any forum.

yea its same setting but still @ bottom Crying or Very sad
